Standard Return Policy

• Return for refund within: 7days( Retail) 14days ( Online)
• Return for replacement within: 30 days
• Restocking Fee: Yes –Start Form 15%
• Unopened and unused products are eligible for exchange, refund or credit.
• Physically damaged products will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• LCD Monitors must have 7 or more dead pixels and Notebooks must have 4 or more dead pixels to be considered defective.
• Opened or used products will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% minimum.
• Cpu, Memory are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• Ethernet cables in resalable condition are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
• There are no returns or exchanges on all printer cartridges/toners, blank media (CD/DVD/etc.), software, headsets and all cables excluding Ethernet cables.

All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaged materials including any manuals, printed materials, disks, and cabling. All returned goods must be in resalable condition, inspected and approved by our staff.

Personal Computer Replacement (30 Days) Policy

If your computers have following conditions, we will not acceptable for return

• Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is free from defects in materials or workmanship
• Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that has physical damage due to abuse or improper use
• Any desktop PC, notebook or tablet PC that is missing any accessories or packaging including, but not limited to, AC adapter, battery, pack, manuals, carrying case
• Any LCD on a notebook or tablet PC that has less than 8 dead pixels

Memory Return (14 Days) Policy

If your Memory have following conditions, we will not acceptable for return

• any memory have physical damage
• any modules that are missing the manufacturer label containing model number and part number or miss the manufacturer warranty label
• "Kit" Modules (which contain 2 or more memory modules packaged together) that are not returned as complete set
• USB Drives, Thumb Drives, Flash Memory, or any related product that is returned without the cap or protective casing

Monitor Replacement (30 Days) Policy

If your LCD Monitor have following conditions, we will not acceptable for return

• any Monitor have physical damage
• Any Brand New LCD screen with fewer than 7 dead pixels, if Used LCD screen with fewer than 11 dead Pixels.
